The Lunar update comes with tons of new content, let’s go through everything!
Lunar New Year Zone
There is a new island! You can find the Lunar New Year island opposite Nookville. Luckily, you don’t need a boat to get over there, so you can hop across the ocean to reach it. This is a limited-time island, and it will disappear on January 31st, 2025.
Lunar New Year Collection
Of course, a new area means a new collection of items for you to dig up. Make sure you’re quick to get them all, as they won’t be available once the island disappears. Here is everything you can find:

Evil Shovel
With the update also comes a new shovel… and it’s not as evil as it sounds. You can get this as a reward by logging in every day for two days, and it’s a perfect early to mid-game shovel! Every time you use this shovel, you have a 50% chance to get something that has the Evil Mutation. This increases the value by x2 more.

- Stamina Loss: 10%
- Loot Luck: 30%
- Precision: 35%
- Control: 35%
- Stability: 35%
- Max KG: 5,000kg
Fortune Shovel
There’s another shovel up for grabs! To get this, head to the Lunar New Year Island and dig. If you’re lucky, you’ll find the Gift of Fortune, where you can find the Fortune Shovel inside.
The Fortune Shovel has a passive ability. For every 5 digs, your next dig will have double luck. Let’s take a look at the stats:
- Strength: 30
- Stamina Loss: 10%
- Loot Luck: 25%
- Precision: 45%
- Control: 45%
- Stability: 45%
- Max Weight: 50,000kg
Other Added Content
Now onto the other new content that was added!
- New Magnets
- Rare – The next thing you dig will be of rare rarity or higher.
- Legendary – The next thing you dig will be of legendary rarity or higher.
- Mythical – The next thing you dig will be of mythical rarity or higher.
- Seal Mount
- Obtained on day 7 of the daily rewards.
- 7 New Enchants
- The two rarest are:
- Super – Boosts max weight, stability, control, precision, and strength.
- Blessed – Boosts control, precision, stability, and lowers stamina loss.
