Dead Rails Vampire Glitch Guide
Before we get started on how to activate the glitch, we’ll tell you the prep you need.
What You Need Before Trying The Glitch
Before you try this glitch, you’ll need the following things.
- The Vampire Class. (Duh.)
- At least one friend in-game to help you, who is willing to follow the steps. You could even send them this guide to explain. (You could possibly also do this with an alt account, but it’s much easier with another person.)
- One bandage, held by the friend. They can theoretically buy this on spawning in, but they need to be quick. So, getting one in the lobby using Bonds can be a good option. Your friend could also take the Doctor class and revive that way, but that costs them HP.
How To Perform The Vampire Glitch
So, now you’re prepped, and have your buddy on standby to help you out. So let’s go over the steps you need to follow.
- Enter the lobby of Dead Rails.
- Make sure you have the Vampire class equipped.
- You and your friend need to hop into the same game.
- As the game is loading in, quit the game.
- Quickly rejoin.
- You should load in, but you’re downed.
- When you do, your friend should be able to revive you.
- Once you’re up, if everything went perfectly, you shouldn’t take any sun damage.
- The downside? You will lose your vampire knife. I know, sad times. Still, you’re now faster than a horse, and it will make both the Pony Express and Pacifist challenges a breeze, as next to nothing can catch your vampiric speed.
Note: This glitch will likely be patched in the near future, so we would advise you to enjoy it while you can, as it may not be about for long!
