Motion Twin has announced that the latest free update for Dead Cells is live now. The Break the Bank update adds a new biome — the Bank — as well as new enemies, new weapons, and new mutations. “Appearing randomly in your run, you can choose to risk it all for gold and loot, or leave the treasures behind,” we’re told. “But beware, if you choose not to go in, the Bank will disappear for the rest of your run…” Break the Bank adds three new enemies, three new gold-based weapons, and three new mutations, some of which can be glimpsed in the trailer above.Most recently, we saw the arrival of the Queen and the Sea DLC, which added a new ending to Dead Cells. Motion Twin also confirmed that we’ll see more free updates and DLC in the future. We have the Break the Bank trophies, but the achievements haven’t come through yet.
