Developer Motion Twin has added a whopping 46 new achievements to its superb roguelite Dead Cells. The achievements are for some of the game’s previously-released title updates and expansions, as well as Dead Cells’ upcoming DLC, The Queen and the Sea.The Dead Cells team tells us that for technical reasons, the achievements weren’t available when these updates and DLC packs first launched, but they’ve finally managed to figure out and solve the issues and get achievements into every major title update and DLC expansion that’s come to the game. Dead Cells was already a tough completion, and now it’s just got a whole lot harder!We have picked up achievement lists for the Rise of the Giant title update, the Derelict Distillery title update, the Fatal Falls DLC, The Bad Seed DLC, and the upcoming The Queen and the Sea expansion, which launches on January 6th. At the moment, we don’t know if any of these achievements will unlock retroactively or if the Windows version of Dead Cells will be getting the same achievement lists. We have asked Motion Twin for clarification on these issues and will update you as soon as we find out more. These new achievements lists add 46 achievements worth a total of 1,000 Gamerscore.
