When Hi-Fi Rush shadow-dropped at the beginning of 2023 for Xbox Series consoles and PC, players on PlayStation without an Xbox or gaming PC were rightfully jealous, looking longingly at an excellent exclusive they couldn’t play. Now, according to recent rumours, and new information scrubbed by dataminers, there won’t be a reason to be jealous much longer, since it looks like Hi-Fi Rush will indeed be coming to PS5 and PS4.The latest tip comes from datamined t-shirt textures from Hi-Fi Rush’s anniversary update that seem to be pointing at a coming PlayStation launch and even one for Nintendo Switch. As one Redditor explains, developer Tango Gameworks added t-shirts for protagonist Chai to wear in-game, each specific to whatever platform the player was on. Currently there are different shirts for people playing on Xbox, Steam and the Epic Games Store.Fans are looking to the shirt “I’m Here Baby!” as the shirt that could be for PlayStation players, as if it is saying that Chai and Hi-Fi Rush is ‘here’ on PlayStation.Even though this is by no means a confirmation of Hi-Fi Rush coming to PlayStation, this, along with other reports, and a rating in Australia for Hi-Fi Rush on PS4, it’s safe to say that players should at least keep an eye out for the announcement.Perhaps since it seems to also be coming to Nintendo Switch, it’ll be revealed at the next big Nintendo showcase.Source – [Reddit via Wario64 on Twitter]
