Developer Hexworks has now announced the Lords of the Fallen release date and shown off some new gameplay for the upcoming Soulslike Xbox game.A “spiritual successor” to 2014’s Lords of the Fallen and a full reboot for the franchise, Lords of the Fallen releases for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC on Friday, October 13, 2023. The release date was accompanied by a new four-minute gameplay trailer. Lords of the Fallen gets October 13 release dateIn Lords of the Fallen, you will “travel across the parallel worlds of the living and the dead in their quest to overthrow Adyr, the demon God.” The new trailer gives us an extended look at the game’s dark fantasy world, gruesome combat, and huge boss battles, and it all looks pretty damn impressive. Preorders for the Lords of the Fallen are now live, with the standard edition priced at $69.99 and the Deluxe Edition setting you back $79.99. The Deluxe Edition includes the Dark Crusader Starting Class, a 100-page digital artbook, a digital soundtrack, and a 3D model viewer.
