CrossfireX, the first-person shooter from Smilegate and Remedy Entertainment, launches on February 10th, and if you’re an Xbox Game Pass subscriber, it appears you’ll get access to some of the game’s campaign.As announced over on Twitter, one of the shooter’s two Operations will be included with Xbox Game Pass, presumably to give subscribers a small taste of the action. Those with a subscription will have access to Operation Catalyst, which will consist of several episodes. The campaign has been developed by Remedy Entertainment, while the shooter’s free-to-play multiplayer, which launches on the same day, was headed up by South Korean developer Smilegate Entertainment. CrossfireX is set during a global conflict between two mercenary factions: Global Risk and Black List. Agents for Global Risk use advanced tech and weaponry to keep control and order, while Black List’s mercenaries are looking to disrupt and undermine Global Risk’s plans.
