Chernobylite delayed to late September due to “some unforeseen issues”

Publisher All in Games has announced that its upcoming survival horror game Chernobylite has been pushed back by a few weeks and will now launch on September 28th.The game was initially down for a September 7th release date on consoles, but as All in Games CEO Piotr Żygadło explained in a press release, Chernoblyite has been slightly delayed “due to some unforeseen issues” with the console build. “We want to make sure we always deliver projects that are in excellent shape and pushing Chernobylite’s console release date back a few weeks will allow us to accomplish that,” said Żygadło. “We appreciate everyone’s patience while we take the time to get this right.”Chernobylite is a science-fiction survival horror RPG that’s set in Chernobyl’s Exclusion Zone. You play as Igor, an ex-employee of the Chernobyl Power Plant who returns to the area to investigate the disappearance of his fiancee 30 years ago. You’ll face off against a hostile military force, other stalkers, mutated supernatural creatures, and the harsh environment around you while trying to uncover the truth. Chernobylite launches for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One on September 28th.
