Here’s our updated CDL 2021 Power Rankings.

With the first LAN Major of the year starting this week, we take a look at our updated power rankings. Stage 4 has been one of the most exciting yet, and with some teams coming into form just at the right time, the Major could be the best event of the year.

12. Los Angeles Guerrillas (-1)

The Los Angeles Guerrillas struggled once again in Stage 4 Week 3, taking a 3-0 and 3-1 defeat. They finish Stage 4 with an 0-5 record, and a change may be required soon. However, with just on Stage left of the season before Champs, we wouldn’t be surprised if this roster sticks it out, and tries to fix things.

11. Seattle Surge (+1)

After defeating OpTic Chicago 3-2, Seattle Surge move up one place in our power rankings. However, this win is not enough to move above the Ravens or Paris. Seattle have been able to take down big teams at times, but the consistency is not there. At the Major on LAN, they need to show up in a big way.

10. London Royal Ravens (-)

The London Royal Ravens have looked much improved recently, and a massive game from Afro saw them take down the Guerrillas 3-1. This could have easily been a 3-0, and is a big statement match heading into the Major. They take on Seattle Surge in Round 1 and need to win that game.

9. LA Thieves (-1)

LA Thieves made yet another roster change last week, and were unable to win a series in their first two matches as a squad. While they made some mistakes, and could’ve closed out a win against Minnesota, they suffered 3-2 and 3-1 defeats, seeing them move down one place in our power rankings.

8. Paris Legion (+1)

Paris Legion continue to climb their way up our power rankings with yet another win this week in Stage 4. Their 3-1 victory over Seattle Surge showed Paris Legion’s real team performances, and gives them a big boost heading onto LAN.

7. Minnesota ROKKR (-)

Minnesota ROKKR continue to look good with MajorManiak on the roster. While they went 1-1 this week, with a win over LAT, and a loss to FaZe, ROKKR look competitive, and LAN could be their best friend. Priestahh had two great performances this week, and will need to bring that level in the Major.

6. Florida Mutineers (-2)

The Florida Mutineers suffered a 3-2 loss to Dallas Empire this week, and this came with an absolute monster performance from Vivid. The Mutineers lost both Hardpoints, and this is something that you cant let happen, especially on LAN. However, they could still make a great run at the Major.

5. Dallas Empire (+1)

Dallas Empire looked great as they took a 3-2 win over the Florida Mutineers. Vivid played at another level, and almost single-handedly won this match for Empire. Heading onto LAN, Dallas need to make a statement, and with Champs not far away, this could be the best time to heat up.

4. OpTic Chicago (+1)

While they suffered a 3-1 loss to Seattle Surge, OpTic Chicago bounced back with a 3-1 win over the LA Thieves to close out Stage 4. Dashy brought massive damage once again, as he continues to dominate with the AR. However, Scump has been the big player for OpTic in Stage 4, as he has been playing his best COD this year. OpTic should have an advantage heading back to LAN with all their experience, so they need to use it.

3. New York Subliners (-)

It was a tale of two 3-0’s for the Subliners in Week 3. A 3-0 win against the Royal Ravens was expected, while a 3-0 defeat to Toronto Ultra not so much. However, Mack has turned into a dominant force in Stage 4, and if he can continue this form on LAN, New York will be very dangerous.

2. Toronto Ultra (-)

Toronto Ultra will head into the Major with a lot of confidence following their 3-0 win over New York. Following their loss to Florida, Toronto are yet to lose a map, and this dominant run could see them take home Major 4.

1. Atlanta FaZe (-)

FaZe continued their great form with another 3-1 win in Week 3. Heading into the Major, they look like the best team in the game, and are without a doubt the ones to beat.
