The Blood Money update arrives for Red Dead Online next week on July 13th, adding Crimes as a new type of work and the first of three Opportunities. “There are whispers in the alleys of Lemoyne’s capital that Guido Martelli — right-hand man and underboss to the infamous Angelo Bronte — needs gunslingers of strong constitution,” Rockstar says. “Martelli is seeking to recover a valuable commodity known as Capitale… if you can find and return it, Martelli will reward you with access to more worthwhile criminal opportunities.”Martelli has leads on where you can look for Capitale, opening up a new venture: Crimes. These range from “cloak-and-dagger coach holdups to multi-stage robberies — including kidnapping, brutal debt collections, and more.” You can undertake Crimes by yourself or with your gang, and Rockstar adds that you should listen out for tips of vulnerable stashes of Capitale. Once you’ve proved yourself to Martelli, you can start taking a look at Opportunities. Martelli is scheming against a Lemoyne senator who’s been poking around in Bronte’s business. “Each Opportunity can reveal various approaches to the task at hand — listen into nearby conversations or look out for important targets to uncover new paths to completion and weaken this politician’s position by bringing each of the three Jewels of the West to Martelli.” The first of these Opportunities will be available with July’s update.Rockstar also announced four passes named as the Quick Draw Club. Each pass is priced at 25 Gold Bars, which you should apparently earn back once you’ve progressed through its 25 ranks, and includes rewards and bonuses such as Dutch’s outfit. Plus, if you buy all four, you’ll be rewarded with the free Halloween Pass 2 when it arrives. Red Dead Online’s Blood Money update arrives on July 13th.
