G2 and Cloud9 reconvene two months on from their Paris Major Europe RMR clash to lock horns in the G2 vs Cloud9 BLAST Premier Spring Final 2023 matchup

Cloud 9 and G2 will get their BLAST Premier Spring Final 2023 campaign going when they cross paths in the Group A opener. Both teams come into the tie on the heels of IEM Dallas 2023 heartbreaks. Vladislav “nafany” Gorshkov’s men got knocked out of the lower bracket final after losing to FaZe Clan, while G2 made lost in the quarterfinals against the same opposition. G2 are marginal CSGO betting favorites because they had the last laugh the last time the two sides met and they sit a step above Cloud9 in the rankings.

G2 qualified for the Paris Major 2023 Challengers Stage and convincingly made it to the next stage of the competition. They took a flawless 3-0 record to the Legends Stage but failed to hold on to their strong form. The Germans returned home after losing three of their four Legends Stage matchups. G2 had a good start to their IEM Dallas 2023 campaign as well and secured a direct playoff spot before losing to FaZe Clan in the quarterfinals.
