At one point during development, the new Dragon Age was known as codename Morrison and featured live-service elements based on the same code as Anthem. A proper reveal didn’t take place until 2022, at which point it was announced as Dragon Age: Dreadwolf, although the game later adopted The Veilguard subtitle earlier this year. Dragon Age: The Veilguard takes place a decade after the events of Dragon Age: Inquisition, and is set in Thedas, as players attempt to unite the titular Veilguard and defy the gods. BioWare has previously said that it does not plan on releasing any DLC for the game right now, although who knows if that may change down the line.[Source – BioWare on X]
