The nominees for the BAFTA Games Awards 2022 have been announced, with co-op platformer It Takes Two leading the pack with nine nominations. It Takes Two has stormed the categories, having been nominated across eight categories including Best Game, Animation, Artistic Achievement, Narrative, and more, as well as the publicly decided EE Game of the Year. Other leading games include Returnal (8 nominations), Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart (7 nominations), Deathloop and Forza Horizon 5 (6 nominations each).
