Atari has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire California-based Digital Eclipse.As a result of the acquisition, Atari will be able to utilise Digital Eclipse’s experience and proprietary technology to grow its internal development capabilities, while Digital Eclipse itself will grow its own business by expanding its development capacity and accessing world-class IP, as well as leveraging Atari’s management skills.
