Game file sizes are supposed to be getting smaller, and this is a rare case where they in fact are shrinking. Ubisoft will release a new title update for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla which shrinks the game size on PS5 and PS4.The update set to arrive next week will put the game through a data restructuring. This is exactly what it sounds like, as the game will be restructured from top to bottom. This process will not only shrink the file size for the game, but this update also comes with performance improvements across the board.Unfortunately, depending on your internet connection this update may take you a while to complete. For the restructuring to take place, part of this process will be the deleting and re-downloading of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla that will occur within the update. So don’t be alarmed if it looks to be a really big update, it’s just re-downloading the game.
