Netflix’s live-action TV series based on the multi-million Assassin’s Creed franchise is still in the pipeline, a new report has revealed.The project was announced as part of Netflix’s collaboration with Ubisoft back in 2020, which involves streaming “content” based on Assassin’s Creed, although nothing has been the light of day so far. However, Game File reports that the TV series is still in “active” development. The press blurb at the time of the announcement was made by Ubisoft’s head of Film & Television, Jason Altman, and reads: For more than 10 years, millions of fans around the world have helped shape the Assassin’s Creed brand into an iconic franchise.
