The Asia Pacific Predator League 2024 will be one of the first big tournaments that will take place in 2024. This is a very interesting event that will cover two of the biggest eSports titles – Dota 2 and Valorant. There are several big things we’d like to share with you, so let’s dive in.
Asia Pacific Predator League 2024 Overview
The first important thing you need to know about this tournament is that it will take place this January. Between January 13 and 14, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Minalla, 26 teams from across the region will compete for the big reward. As mentioned, this is an event that will cover two of the biggest Esports in this part of the world – Dota 2 and Valorant.
Some of you may not know, but the Asia Pacific Predator League is a tournament that has been going on since 2018. The idea of the event is to promote eSports across the region and stimulate people to take part in such an event. That’s one of the reasons why it also has an impressive prize pool.
According to the organizers, they are delighted that the tournament will be held in the Philippines. The 26 teams that will compete in the two games will have a combine prize pool of $200,000. The squads that manage to win the tournament will get $65K each, whereas the second place will receive $20,000. Those that come third will get $7500.
Asia Pacific Predator League 2024 – Valorant
We do not have that much information about the Dota 2 tournament yet, but we know everything about the Valorant part. Starting with the format, there will be 4 groups of 4 teams that will play in a single round-robin format. All matches here are in Bo1, and the team that finishes first will go to the playoffs.
Once the Asia Pacific Predator League 2024 reaches this stage, there will be a single-elimination bracket where all matches ar Bo1, except for the final. The best two teams will compete in a Bo3 format, and the winner will take the big prize.
The event’s organizers are Predator Gaming and Riot Games, and as mentioned, it will take place in the Philippines. In terms of the participating teams, we don’t know all of the APAC Predator League 2024 participants, but here are some of them:

In terms of the Predator League Dota 2, we do not know that much information yet.
