Arrowhead Community Boss Says Helldivers 2 On Xbox Requires Sony & Phil Spencer To ‘Duke It Out’

Twinbeard, Arrowhead Game Studios‘ community manager, has revealed in a post on Discord that getting Helldivers 2 up and running on Xbox platforms would require Phil Spencer and Sony to ‘duke it out.’ Helldivers 2 was released in February for PS5 and PC, and a lot of Xbox players have long requested the game to come to Microsoft’s family of consoles. This latest response on the topic from Twinbeard came after a user on the Helldivers 2 Discord stated, “I just want reinforcements in the way of Xbox players. But that’s never gonna happen.”Who says it couldn’t? It’s not up to us but to Sony and Phil to duke out, but hypothetically speaking, if both partners think it would benefit them from a financial/brand standpoint, it could.
