Arknights is rolling out a new story event, Operation Lucent Arrowhead. Team Arknights just dropped a new promotional video for the event, which will feature characters from Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege. It’s set to drop in China first, so it’s likely to make its way to the global version soon.
When Does Operation Lucent Arrowhead Drop?
Operation Lucent Arrowhead is going to run from March 7 to March 28, 2024. It’s the thirty-eighth major event and the twenty-fifth Side Story event for Arknights. It’ll also mark the second round of collaboration with Rainbow Six Siege. The first one was Operation Originium Dust, which started out in China from March 9 to March 23, 2021.
Four characters from Rainbow Six are going to feature in this crossover. They’re the 5-star Centurion Guard Fuze, 5-star Instructor Guard Doc, 5-star Dollkeeper Specialist Iana and 6-star Trapmaster Specialist Ela. They’re even getting their own special skins.
Looks like Doc can both heal and shield people, while Iana might be able to spot hidden enemies or make them weaker. Ela’s traps work without needing to be stepped on and seems like they also mess with the targets in some way. Oh, and Iana’s doll animation looks pretty dope, too. On that note, take a peek at the trailer of Operation Lucent Arrowhead below!
A Lot Of Others Are Getting A Boost!
They’re also bringing back Operation Originium Dust for another go. Plus, there are fresh Operator Records for a bunch of characters: Ash, Tachanka, Blitz and Frost. These characters are getting their modules updated, too.
The PV looks interesting and we can’t wait for Operation Lucent Arrowhead to drop globally. Kudos to the Arknights team for slipping the Rainbow Six characters into their game so smoothly! If you haven’t played the game yet, head to the Google Play Store and grab it now.
