Arcadegeddon is now free to play on Xbox. The third-person multiplayer shooter roguelite, which launched back in 2022 as a paid-for title, is now completely free for Xbox players to dive into and enjoy. The shooter launched back in 2022 for $19.99 to decent reviews from critics and players. Here on TrueAchievements, it currently sits with a 3.92/5 TA community rating, while over on Steam it has a Mostly Positive rating from close to 500 reviews. Now Arcadegeddon is free to play on Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC, so all players can get in on the roguelite shooting action. According to Illfonic, it has released an update alongside the game’s free-to-play launch that rebalances some progression systems, adds new weapons, quality-of-life fixes, and more. According to estimates, you will need around 50 hours to unlock all 50 Arcadegeddon achievements. That being said, it’s unclear if any of the changes Illfonic has made with the free-to-play update have impacted the game’s overall completion time. Illfonic says that if you purchased Arcadegeddon before its free-to-play release, you will receive an exclusive cosmetic item, the Hazard Suit, and instant starter weapon access to the two new weapons, Cyber Katana and Firecracker.Will you be checking out this free Xbox game?
