Anime Vanguards Essences Guide
Essences are used to evolve your units, making them stronger. Each one has a different rarity, so make sure to check which is needed. If you aren’t sure how to check, don’t worry! I’ll talk you through everything.
How To Make Essences
To craft an essence, head to the ‘Evolve’ area in the lobby. On the right, you will find the crafting desk. Interact with it, and it will show all the essence recipes. Once you have all the items to craft it, select the recipe to make it. You can then use it to evolve your units.
When evolving your units, go to the Evolve area and find the NPC who looks like Itachi Uchiha (opposite the crafting desk). Interact with him then insert the unit you wish to evolve. Here, you can also view the materials required for each unit evolution.

- Green Essence Stone
- You can get these from Challenges, Bundles, and Legend Stages
Legendary Rarity Essences
- Blue Essence Stone
- Items needed: x3 Green Essence Stone and 500 Gold
- Purple Essence Stone
- Items needed: x3 Green Essence Stone and 500 Gold
- Red Essence Stone
- Items needed: x3 Green Essence Stone and 500 Gold
- Yellow Essence Stone
- Items needed: x3 Green Essence Stone and 500 Gold
- Pink Essence Stone
- Items needed: x3 Green Essence Stone and 500 Gold
Mythical Rarity Essences
- Rainbow Essence Stone
- Items needed: x1 Blue Essence Stone, x1 Purple Essence Stone, x1 Yellow Essence Stone, x1 Pink Essence Stone, x1 Red Essence Stone, and 500 Gold
