The perfect way to get in the spooky spirit this month, MANGLEDmaw Games and DreadXP are set to release viral hit Amanda The Adventurer on PlayStation and Xbox consoles October 10.

Amanda the Adventurer kicks things off with Riley Park inheriting their Aunt Kate’s house. She starts to explore what the reclusive woman left behind, soon finding a stack of VHS tapes next to an old TV set in the attic.

Said tapes featured episodes of an early 2000s-era children’s cartoon she had never seen before. Popping the first tape into the VCR, Riley quickly realizes that the characters Amanda and Wooly seem to be communicating directly through her TV.

A short yet intricate single-player horror experience, Amanda the Adventurer pays host to a classic, 90s-style CGI that harken back to a simpler era of animation.
