In Lego Fortnite, you will have the opportunity to find different resources and materials that are scattered throughout the various biomes. These materials, however, often require some Lego Fortnite utility stations to be transformed into other materials that you will need to continue playing the game. Obviously, however, even though these utility stations need some requirements to be unlocked, you won’t have them all available from the start. For this reason, in this article, we will explain everything you need to know about Lego Fortnite utility stations.
How to Unlock Lego Fortnite Utility Stations
Each Lego Fortnite utility station is unlocked once you have found the resources needed to build it. This means that the key to unlocking these utility stations is to explore the game world as much as possible. Also, keep in mind that some will only unlock after you have unlocked the previous ones, so they are characterized by a sort of pyramid system. But let’s see together in detail how to unlock each of the Lego Fortnite utility stations present in the game.
Lumber Mill
The Lumber Mill is one of the first stations you will be able to unlock, as it requires basic resources that you can find shortly after starting the game. In fact, to be able to build it, you will need 8x Wood and 15x Granite, two materials that are found in abundance almost everywhere. Below is a list of everything you can create using this station:
- Wooden Rod (Common – 1x Wood)
- Plank (Common – 1x Wood)
- Knotroot Rod (Uncommon – 1x Knotroot)
- Flexwood Rod (Rare – 1x Flexwood)
- Frostpine Rod (Epic – 1x Frostpine)
Grill
The Grill is also one of the Lego Fortnite utility stations that you can build at the beginning of the game using basic materials. To build this machine, you will only need 30x Granite. Below, however, we provide you with a list of everything you will be able to manufacture using this machinery:
- Grilled Meat (Common – 1x Meat)
- Corn on the Cob (Common – 1x Corn)
- Fried Egg (Common – 2x Egg)
- Spicy Burger (Rare – 1x Flour, 1x Meat, 1x Spicy Burger)
Spinning Wheel
In order to unlock this Lego Fortnite utility station, you will first have to create the Lumber Mill, in order to obtain Planks. Additionally, you will also have to kill some wolves so you can get Wolf Claws. That said, to be able to create this machine, you will need to have 8x Plank, 5x Wooden Rod, 5x Wool, and 5x Wolf Claw. With this machine, you will be able to create the following items:
- Cord (Common – 5x Vines)
- Drawstring (Common – 5x Cord)
- Silk Thread (Common – 1x Silk)
- Wool Thread (Common – 1x Wool)
- Heavy Wool Thread (Epic – 1x Heavy Wool)
Stone Breaker
To be able to craft a Stone Breaker, you will first need to upgrade the Crafting Bench to the Uncommon level, so that you will be able to craft an Uncommon Forest Ax and Pickaxe. To do this, you will need 20x Knotroot and 35x Marble. Once you have created this machine, you will be able to create the following Lego Fortnite items:
- Granite Slab (Common – 1x Granite)
- Marble Slab (Uncommon – 1x Marble)
- Obsidian Slab (Rare – 1x Obsidian)
- Malachite Slab (Epic – 1x Malachite)
Grain Mill
Once you have unlocked the Lumber Mill and Stone Breaker, you will have the option to unlock the Grain Mill. To be able to build this Lego Fortnite utility station, you will need to have 20x Knotroot Rod, 20x Granite Slab, and 3x Shell in your possession. Once built, you will be able to create the following items:
- Corn Kernel (Common – 1x Corn)
- Pumpkin Seed (Common – 1x Pumpkin)
- Raspberry Seed (Common – 1x Raspberry)
- Wheat Grain (Common – 1x Wheat)
- Flour (Uncommon – 1x Wheat Grain)
- Slapberry Seed (Uncommon – 1x Slap Berry)
- Pepper Seed (Epic – 1x Spicy Pepper)
- Snowberry Seed (Epic – 1x Snow Berry)
Juicer
To unlock the Juicer, you will need to have the Lumber Mill and the Stone Breaker. Once these machines have been created, to be able to create the Juicer you will also need to have 8x Plank, 8x Marble Slab, and 5x Knotroot Rod. Below, here is the list of all the items you can create with this Lego Fortnite machine:
- Slap Juice (Uncommon – 2x Slap Berry)
- Slurp Juice (Uncommon – 2x Raspberry, 2x Slurp Mushroom)
- Snowberry Shake (Epic – 2x Snow Berry, 1x Milk)
Gem Cutter
Before you are able to unlock this machine, you will first have to go and explore the Dry Valley biome, as you will have to find resources that are only found there. In fact, to build the Gem Cutter, you will need 20x Marble Slab, 5x Rough Amber, 5x Sand Claw, and 3x Sand Shell. Once you have created this machine, you can create the following items:
- Cut Amber (Uncommon – 1x Rough Amber)
- Cut Ruby (Rare – 1x Rough Ruby)
- Cut Sapphire (Epic – 1x Rough Sapphire)
Loom
In order to create this machine, you will have to upgrade the Crafting Bench to the Rare level, since you will need the Rare Forest Ax to obtain the resources found in the Dry Valley. To craft this machine, you will need 9x Flexwood, 8x Flexwood Rod, and 6x Sand Claw. These are the items you can create with this Lego Fortnite utility station:
- Silk Fabric (Common – 5x Silk Thread)
- Wool Fabric (Common – 5x Wool Thread)
Essence Table
In addition to having a Rare Crafting Bench, you will also need a Gem Cutter to be able to create this machine. Once you meet these two requirements, look for 20x Flexwood and 6x Cut Amber to actually create the Essence Table. Once this is done, you can use this Lego Fortnite utility station to create the following items:
- Essence of Damage (1x Rough Ruby, 1x Blast Core)
- Essence of Durability (1x Rough Amber, 10x Granite Slab)
- Essence of Health (1x Rough Amber, 5x Milk, 5x Egg)
- Essence of Luck (1x Rough Sapphire, 1x Rough Ruby, 1x Rough Amber)
Metal Smelter
You won’t be able to unlock this Lego Fortnite utility station if you’re not far enough into the game. You will need resources found in the Dry Valley biome, to be precise 15x Brightcore, 35x Obsidian Slab, and 3x Blast Core. Once you have everything you need, you can continue with the creation of the machine and create the following items:
- Copper Bar (Rare – 1x Copper, 2x Brightcore)
- Iron Bar (Epic – 1x Iron, 2x Brightcore)
Oven
The Oven is the last of the Lego Fortnite utility stations that you will be able to create in the game, as you will need the Stone Breaker and the Metal Smelter. Furthermore, you will have to collect some materials, namely 8x Brightcore, 15x Copper Bar, and 35x Obsidian Slab. Once you have the Oven, you will be able to cook the following foods:
- Bread (Rare – 2x Flour, 2x Egg)
- Meat Pie (Rare – 1x Flour, 1x Meat, 1x Egg)
- Pumpkin Pie (Rare – 1x Flour, 1x Pumpkin)
- Fruit Pie (Epic – 1x Flour, 1x Raspberry, 3x Snow Berry, 3x Slap Berry)
- Pizza (Epic – 2x Flour, 1x Meat, 3x Spicy Pepper, 1x Cheese)
