How to get it: To obtain Red XIII’s Renegade Collar, you need to open the Treasure Chest illuminated with purple lights near the Rest Spot in the Subterranean Terrace of the Mythril Mine’s Lower Layer level. Access to this area becomes available once you initiate Chapter 3’s main scenario, “Escape the Depths,” which commences in the same room as this particular weapon.

Silver Collar

Amethyst Collar

How to get it: To obtain Red XIII’s Amethyst Collar, you’ll need to open a Treasure Chest illuminated with purple lights located in the Colliery No. 1 room within the Old South Corel Mine in the Corel Region. Accessing this area requires completing the Odd Job Of Robes and Ransoms, which will lead you directly to the Old South Corel Mine. You can initiate the Of Robed Men and Ransoms Odd Job by checking the North Corel Community Noticeboard once you’ve reached Chapter 7’s main scenario, Ropeway Bound.

Golden Collar

How to get it: To get Red XIII’s Golden Collar, open the Treasure Chest with purple lights found in the Coolant Control area on the B3 floor of the Gongaga Reactor during Chapter 9’s main story, The Shadow Beckons. To reach this chest, go to the Coolant Control Room on the Reactor’s B2 level and push crates along a short track towards the big red metal container with ivy on it. After that, climb the crates and enter the small square passage in the back wall to reach the Golden Collar chest.

Mystic Collar

How to get it: To get Red XIII’s Mystic Collar, find and check the Watcher’s Glaive artifact on the mid-level stone platform in the southeast corner of the Hall of Diversion on the Chamber of Folly level in the Cave of the Gi. To reach this spot, climb up the glowing southeast wall in the Hall of Diversion during The First Trial part of Chapter 10’s main story, Let the Trials Begin.

Brísingamen

How to get it: To find Red XIII’s Brísingamen, open the stone Treasure Chest with purple lights in the southwest corner of the Corridor of Repose room on the Second Tier of the Temple of the Ancients. You can reach this spot in Chapter 13’s main story, The Hunt Begins Anew, starting at the Vessel of Life in the Salvation’s Altar room. Then, go west, enter the nearby stone building, and you’ll see the Brísingamen treasure chest next to a stone pillar.
