Happy New Year! Blogging live to you and yours! It’s your boy TWOTALL4UFOOL! I ain’t going to say I’m back because I never left as far as I’m concerned. I know it’s been about 10 months since my last blog post, and so much stuff has happened since that time. Before we focus on the future 2021 let’s go back to 2020 for a second.
Now I know that 2020 is a year a lot of people would like to forget. Myself included. But I did have some pretty cool stuff that happened to me in 2020. To recap the positive that happened I became a homeowner, I got a new car that was much needed, and a Christmas miracle happened by a PS5 getting to my home before the Christmas. I guess Christmas miracles really can come true if you just believe. To also recap the year besides the few posts I put out last year I dug a little more into the world of streaming. I’ve learned a lot and I plan to improve on that and then some.
Now focusing on 2021 I’ve come up with some goals I would like to accomplish this year:
- Deliver a blog post at least once a week.
- Dive more into video content.
- Be more involved on social media.
- Continue building my brand.
Let me start with blogging once a week. Like anyone who does any kind of content creation I got burned out. Whether you are a blogger, YouTuber, Twitch Streamer, podcaster, etc,. burn out is real. When it starts to feel like job then you need to take a break and make some changes. This year I plan on pacing myself and not be so quick to get content out. I have a great following already and I don’t need to do that. One of the tough things about being a blogger in this niche is finding time to game and blog. I think most bloggers in this niche would agree with me on that. I feel that I have enough time that I should be putting out a blog post once a week. And if all goes well I’ll work my way up to twice a week. That would be the most.
Secondly I want to get more into making video content to compliment this blog. Video games are the main focus of the blog so I feel you should see me play some video games. And not only do I want to do that by streaming but I also would like to do some prerecorded “Let’s Plays” as well. I have a few games in mind I would like to do. I’m very excited about wanting to play these games on video for you guys. It may not happen right away but I plan on getting that off the ground within the next couple of months. I also do want to give a shout out to my buddy Jett over @ inthirdperson.com. If you want to start streaming check his website out. He’s a very underrated streamer and very entertaining.
I also want to be more involved with my social media accounts. Mainly Twitter, Discord, and maybe Facebook. Instagram I’ve given up on. LOL! Twitter I’ve figured out. It’s very useful with networking and interacting with your community. The only problem is I’m not on there enough. And Discord has made a ton of improvements sense I’ve joined that platform. I do have my own Discord server. I plan on making some more noise on Discord this year not just in my server but other servers as well. Lastly I want to continue building my brand. Now how do I do that? I love what I have created here. TWOTALL4UFOOL’s Gaming & More I’ve put a lot of work and time into. I’m not going to let it just slip away. If you take a look around the site I’ve cleaned it up a bit. I’ve gotten rid of some of the unnecessary page links on the front page. One of the things I will do is take more pride in managing and maintaining the site. I’ve also done other little things such as leave Outlook email (it sucks by the way), and go back to using a daily planner for blog. I used that during my first year of blogging that’s why I believe I was so successful in my first year blogging. If I continue to just stay focus I know what I can achieve and I’m very excited about what the future will bring.
