YouTuber Illusory Wall has revealed that a new Elden Ring patch has quietly rendered boss duos less aggressive, including the likes of the Valiant Gargoyles and Godson Duo.Developer FromSoftware never actually announced the changes in Elden Ring update 1.04, but the YouTuber has done a bit of digging and discovered that players are less likely to be set upon by multiple boss characters at one time.In other words, the number of primary attackers has been cut, and the boss who isn’t the primary attacker will act less aggressively in combat, often hanging back while the other dishes out punishment.Given the amount of trouble boss duos have caused players since the game’s release — particularly the Godskin Duo — this tweak is likely to be welcomed by most Elden Ring owners. After all, getting your arse handed to you time after time by a boss is no fun, right?Related Content – Sony PS5 Complete Guide – Everything Explained On PlayStation 5 For New UsersElden Ring was released in February 2022 on PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One.
