Frontier has revealed the Jurassic World Evolution 2: Dominion Biosyn Expansion, which it says will be the game’s “biggest expansion yet.”Jurassic World Evolution 2 fans have long been wondering about the possibility of Dominion-themed DLC, and now we have confirmation that the Dominion Biosyn expansion arrives on June 14th. Check out the trailer below:When will we get Jurassic World Evolution 2 Dominion DLC?The Jurassic World Evolution 2: Dominion Biosyn expansion arrives in just a few weeks on June 14th, and will be priced at £15.99/€19.99/$19.99, bringing with it a new campaign, a new “what if” scenario, new buildings, new gameplay mechanics, new species, and even feathered dinosaurs, along with other cosmetic skins.The new species include the feathered Pyroraptor, the Therizinosaurus, the Quetzalcoatlus, and, as the oldest species yet added to the game, the Dimetrodon, which Frontier says went extinct millions of years before the dinosaurs existed.The new cosmetics include six new dino skins and two new variants, themed around the Jurassic World Dominion movie. The campaign is set in Biosyn Valley, and sees you assume command of “Biosyn’s valley research compound — soon to be seen in Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment’s Jurassic World Dominion — constructing it through multiple stages as you play.” The campaign also brings new gameplay features, new buildings, vehicles, decorations, and invisible fences. “In addition to the new campaign, the Jurassic World Evolution 2: Dominion Biosyn expansion also adds a brand new Chaos Theory level to the game where you work to protect dinosaurs at a snowy Sierra Nevada range, in a level inspired by the events of Jurassic World Dominion,” Frontier adds. “The new dinosaur-wrangling mechanic can be used to corral herds of dinosaurs quickly, without the need for tranquilisation or a transport team. As your ranch grows larger, dinosaur rustlers will break in to steal the dinosaurs you’re trying to care for. You’ll have to build out your security measures to detect intruders and perimeter breaches, and intercept their vehicles before they can make away with your dinosaurs.”You can find more info over on Frontier’s forums.
