Tai Tuivasa took to Instagram to troll Greg Hardy after Tuivasa’s KO win at UFC 264.

Tai Tuivasa brutally knocked out Greg Hardy at UFC 264, which was the biggest UFC event of the year thus far. With the win, Tuivasa is now on a three-fight winning streak and improved to 12-3 as a professional.

Tuivasa went ahead and began celebrating with a shooey, as per his usual tradition. In addition, the Australian took to Instagram to troll the former NFL star, and the delivery is just on-point in the only way he could.

“[Do] the chicken dance, bruhh,” Tuivasa wrote with a picture of him finishing Hardy with strikes. “I’m gonna leave this here and let you think about some things, ok? Or I’ll come there and smack your eye, eye guy. Talk too much and [you’ll] end up on your back. I’m a man, I hit back.”

Greg Hardy had a controversial past

It’s no secret as to what intention this post had behind it. Hardy, now 7-4 in MMA, once played for the Carolina Panthers and Dallas Cowboys several years ago. However, Hardy was accused of domestice violence and things have never been the same. Hardy would eventually pursue MMA, where he would earn a UFC contract via Dana White’s Contender Series.

Since earning the contract, Hardy has had his fair share of ups and downs as a fighter. Entering the Tuivasa bout, Hardy had previously been finished by Marcin Tybura, which snapped a two-fight winning streak. Thus far, Hardy has defeated the likes of Juan Adams, Yorgan De Castro, and Maurice Greene to name a few.

Tuivasa has been with the UFC since Nov. 2017 and will look to work his way up the heavyweight rankings as time progresses. His next fight is currently unknown, but only time will tell with how the rest of his journey lies ahead.
