Time to say goodbye to three more Xbox Game Pass titles — quick completion The Touryst, superb roguelike Undermine, and 2D RPG It Lurks Below will all leave the service in the next few weeks. As usual, no exact date has been set, but given that it’s usually around two weeks from the time of announcement, expect the three to leave the service in the first week of August. It Lurks BelowDescription: It Lurks Below is a retro-styled, 2D, action-oriented, survival RPG by David Brevik, creator of Diablo. A true RPG, with many stats and eight character-classes. Dig down and explore the randomly generated levels, find random items, and combat deadly monsters to get the answers. It Lurks BelowIt Lurks Below is a retro-styled, 2D, action-oriented, survival RPG by David Brevik, creator of Diablo. The isometric voxel adventure is generally very simple, although the surfing mini-game achievement 540 Degrees has been known to cause more than a few headaches. It Lurks Below comes in at a 15-20-hour estimate, so you should have plenty of time to knock this one out should you so desire, although whether or not you’ll actually want to is another matter, as it’s kinda awful. On the flipside, if you haven’t yet started the fantastic UnderMine, you’ll probably struggle to score the completion inside of two weeks unless you go all out. Like most games in the genre, it’s a pretty steep investment — estimates place it around the 100-hour mark — with a combination of luck and skill required to unlock everything.Fear not, Game Pass fans, as this trio will be replaced before they even leave. Mysterious adventure Omno joins the service next week, with The Ascent and the console version of Microsoft Flight Simulator arriving the following week, plus we should soon learn about even more games joining the service shortly, so it’s not all bad news!Sad to see any of these go? Planning on diving in to finish them up before they disappear from the Game Pass library? Let us know!
