Those last few DLC packs — The Last Autumn, On the Edge, and The Rifts — arrive for Frostpunk: Console Edition in just a few weeks on July 21st.The biggest of these DLC packs is The Last Autumn. It’s a prequel story and, in a complete reversal for Frostpunk, everything isn’t covered in snow — yet. You’ll be racing to build the Generator before the cold hits, in a last-ditch attempt to save civilisation. The Last Autumn adds a new environment and new technologies, buildings, and Books of Laws.Next up is On the Edge, which is set just after the ending of the base game itself, and which tasks you with building an outpost far away from the city and its Generator. It “pits you against new challenges and offers unique mechanics, both in the city and on the Frostland map — further enriching the core experience.” Last is The Rifts, which adds a new Endless mode map and bridges as a new construction option.All three DLC packs launched for PC players in 2019 and 2020, so it’ll be great to see them finally arrive for consoles on July 21st.
