Death Stranding: Director’s Cut Coming September 24

Today’s State of Play segment broke the news that Kojima Productions and PlayStation Studios’ Death Stranding: Director’s Cut will be released on September 24, 2021.

Remastered for the PlayStation 5, this title will feature new battles, advanced combat mechanics that include upgraded melee, the maser gun, the cargo catapult, the mounted machine gun, the inclusion of a firing range, the buddy bot, the jump ramp, the fragile circuit, and new story missions.

DEATH STRANDING DIRECTOR’S CUT – Pre-Order – Coming Sept. 24 2021 [ESRB] 4K

Death Stranding takes place in the the United States after a cataclysmic event has caused destructive creatures to roam the Earth. Players will take control of Sam Porter Bridges (played by Norman Reedus), who is tasked with delivering supplies to isolated colonies, reconnecting them through a wireless communications network.
