How To Activate The Three Mechanisms In Genshin Impact
Before you can activate these switches, you will have to upgrade your Lumenstone. Head back to the basecamp and see if you can get it to at least level 2 (ideally 3). Once you have it at level 2, you can use your energy to emit a small burst that can clear certain areas of corruption. Head to the way markers and you will see purple globs of corruption near the switches. Use your Lumenstone (L1 + circle on playstation) to destroy it.
This will reveal the switch so you can hit it. You will need energy to use the switches. If it says you need more even though you are full then you will have to upgrade your Lumenstone to level 3. I had enough stones to upgrade to level 3 but never did, so I don’t know forsure if that is what you have to do to get the switches to work. You might have to destroy all the corruption first.
