How To Release The Safety On The Cannons Breach In Genshin Impact
Alright so you will need to read the notes at the marker. These tell you how hard the flicker needs to be at each marker.
After you read the book, go to the ledge and you will see three shining points in the distance. These are the High Lamp Post, Middle Lamp Post, and Low Lamp Post. Based on what the paper said you will have to do to each and activate the light there. The closest is the High Lamp Post, the middle is the Middle (duh), and the further away is the Low Lamp Post.
Both my High and my Middle Lamp Post had a low-frequency flicker. That means at both of those stations you need the flicker on the light to be as slow as possible. You get about a second in between each pulse.
For my low one I needed a high-frequency flicker. That was the fastest one I could find and when I got it the cannon triggered.
