Double Eleven has announced that it is working with Bethesda Game Studios to create “new challenges” for players in Fallout 76, as well as to release already developed content later in 2022. Have you worked your way through all of the Fallout 76 achievements? Have you been hoping more content is on the way? You might have heard that Fallout 76’s game design director, Mark Tucker, said at the beginning of the month that the team is currently working on a five-year plan for the game — a plan that looks to have been in motion since 2020. Double Eleven has announced that it’s working with “Bethesda Game Studios to create new challenges for players of Fallout 76.” The announcement comes via a blog post on Double Eleven’s website, which says that the two companies began talking in late 2020, and the subsequent content will be added to Fallout 76 later this year. Interestingly, the studio is looking to expand the team working on Fallout 76, with the blog post saying: “From small beginnings, our team is expanding as we plan to develop more content in the future.” It’ll be interesting to see the team’s content and to find out more about Double Eleven’s expansion to work on Fallout 76, as well as continuing to support its own live-service game, Rust. “It’s a privilege to be trusted to work on one of the most iconic franchises in gaming history.” Double Eleven CEO, Lee Hutchinson, says in the announcement post. “The team we’ve assembled to work on Fallout 76 are so passionate about the series, working with Bethesda is a dream come true.”What do you think of this news?
