The Vanishing is live now for Far Cry 6 as a free Stranger Things crossover mission, bringing a “stealth-horror-survival gameplay experience to Far Cry players.”Everyone can now chase after those Far Cry 6 achievements now that the game has a free weekend, which also means all players can access the free Stranger Things crossover mission, as long as they’ve completed the tutorial and unlocked the guerrilla camp.”The Vanishing will bring a stealth-horror-survival gameplay experience to Far Cry players for the first time with mysterious characters and new lore,” Ubisoft says. “In The Vanishing, players will enter a twisted version of Yara inspired by the Upside-Down, where Dani discovers that Yarans are disappearing and no one is safe — not even Chorizo. Players will be able to explore Stranger Things-inspired locations, such as a hidden bunker and an abandoned laboratory.
