Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown Is Getting Tekken 7 Costume DLC

SEGA has announced that Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown is receiving new costume DLC inspired by characters from Bandai Namco Games’ Tekken franchise.Full details have yet to be announced but the trailer below clearly showcases outfits inspired by Kazuya and Heihachi Mishima for Akira and Lau, respectively.Related Content – Sony PS5 Complete Guide – Everything Explained On PlayStation 5 For New UsersThis isn’t the only time that Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown has crossed over with another franchise. Last December, the game added outfits based on the Yakuza franchise.Tekken 7 was released in June 2017 for PS4, PC, and Xbox One, and has received four seasons worth of content over the past four-and-a-half years, including new characters, locations, and other additions.Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown back in June 2021 and is a remastered version of Virtual Fighter 5, which was originally released on the PS3 back in 2007.
