Following yesterday’s Hogwarts Legacy State of Play, fans expressed concerns that the upcoming title may include microtransactions. What sparked concerns was a section on crafting that showed timers on crafting stations of sorts. indicating that players may have to wait unnecessarily to craft items or pay to speed up the process. While some argued in favor of the mechanic because they believe it’s immersive, others argued that it’s unnecessary. Nevertheless, the timer has nothing to do with microtransactions so you can at least rest assured that you won’t have to pay to fast track the process.Hogwarts Legacy will launch this holiday for the PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
