You get Ronin by unlocking the Genbu sword, which is available at around level 10-13, depending on progress. You want to do the story mission The Journey Begins – Pravoka Seagrot. In this mission, you will attack a band of pirates. Towards the end of the mission, immediately after the area with the pirate ship, you will see a save point. Next to the save point is a treasure chest. Loot the chest to fund the Genbu. You can either then use Anima Shards or level the Ronin manually, up high enough to purchase the Samurai Job unlock.
