Back in early December, the pixel art adventure game Unreal Life ($6.99) from hako life and room6 was announced for mobile platforms. At the time, I had heard a lot about from friends who played it on PC and Nintendo Switch. Shaun covered it a bit from TGS 2018. Pre-orders for the iOS version went live with a February 28th release date listed. This ended up being the actual release date for iOS at least. Unreal Life has you playing as a girl who has lost her memories but only remembers one name: “Miss Sakura”. You try and find Miss Sakura with the help of a traffic light and have the ability to read the memories of objects you touch. Unreal Life has now released worldwide on the App Store for iOS. The Android version is coming in a few days. Watch the Unreal Life mobile trailer below:
Unreal Life has always looked excellent in trailers, and you can now play it on iOS for $6.99. Unreal Life is available for $22.99 on Nintendo Switch and $19.99 on Steam. You can buy it on the App Store for iOS here and pre-register for it on Google Play for Android here. Check out the official English website for Unreal Life here. I’m looking forward to playing it this week on iPad. Have you played Unreal Life on Nintendo Switch or PC yet and will you be buying it on mobile?
