Devolver Digital and Massive Monster have announced Cult of the Lamb, a base-building dungeon crawler that has you running a cult of cute and cuddly critters.Cult of the Lamb mixes dark and deadly ritualistic cult activity with the cute and cuddliness of critters and puts you in the shoes of a possessed lamb, who needs to pay a debt to a stranger by building a cult in the land of false prophets. The game tasks you with growing your flock to become the world’s one true cult, building a base of operations with structures to perform dark rituals, and defeat rival cult leaders and hordes of enemies in a randomly generated world. It’s being developed by Massive Monster (The Adventure Pals) and published by Devolver Digital, so expect a pretty wacky adventure with this one. We currently only know that Cult of the Lamb will be releasing sometime this year on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Windows PC (Steam), but we’ll let you know when a solid release date has been confirmed. We’re quite fond of controlling an adorable lamb that just wants to sacrifice cute bunnies for a ritual, but what about you?
