It takes place 11 months after the birth of the UCA, when the world has been connected, deliveries have been automated, and a new faction is rising up. I hesitate to describe what the game may or may not be, because it’s full of Kojima-level weirdness. You can watch the extensive trailer above to find out more about Death Stranding 2, which includes a Solid Snake-like character. Here’s the official description from the PlayStation Store: “Embark on an inspiring mission of human connection beyond the UCA. “Sam—with companions by his side—sets out on a new journey to save humanity from extinction. “Join them as they traverse a world beset by otherworldly enemies, obstacles and a haunting question: should we have connected? “Step by step, legendary game creator Hideo Kojima changes the world once again.” Death Stranding 2 – Release Date Trailer ScreenshotsOther Preorder GuidesChris Reed is a deals expert and commerce editor for IGN.
