Marvel Rivals has finally launched and the game’s servers have held up well, but some PS5 players are facing login issues that see them stuck on the title screen. Fortunately, it’s not an issue with your console or account, nor is it an issue with the game. This problem seems to be occuring for those who took part in Marvel Rivals beta.
How to fix Marvel Rivals PS5 login issue
Those who’ve played Marvel Rivals beta are somehow being redirected to download the incorrect version of the game by PSN. To be clear, there’s only one version of Marvel Rivals, but those who previously downloaded the beta version are being prompted to redownload the same copy, which is nonfunctional.
Simply go to the PS Store on your PS5, search for Marvel Rivals, and then download the launch copy.
If you’re facing login issues outside of this, try signing in again at a later time. At the time of this writing, there are no widespread issues with Marvel Rivals on the PS5 but if anything changes, we’ll keep our readers posted.
