Project Mugen, now known as Ananta, has dropped a new announcement trailer. And it looks pretty good actually. A free-to-play RPG by NetEase Games and Naked Rain, it will also be hosting a test soon. Keep reading to get the full scoop!
Does the New Ananta Announcement Trailer Show Us the Gameplay?
Unfortunately, not yet. The devs are probably keeping it under wraps for a few more weeks. Having said that, it doesn’t mean that the new Ananta announcement trailer disappoints us. It does a great job showcasing traffic and crowd density in Nova City, the setting of the game.
At one point, you’ll even spot a toilet zoom past a Wind Drop driver in the trailer! The characters, vehicles, and overall environment seem to blend seamlessly. It has a lively, bustling vibe we all hope to see in the actual gameplay. On that note, watch the Ananta announcement trailer right here!
What Else Do We Know?
Starting January 3rd, you’ll be able to join the Ananta Vanguards program, which gives you access to future tests, overseas events and exclusive updates. You can help shape the game with your feedback. The Ananta offline technical test is also kicking off the same day in Hangzhou.
The project feels like a game-changer for the gacha space, potentially the most ambitious since Genshin. At least by the looks of it. The short trailer alone is packed with details to dissect. The devs have piled on great features and mechanics, which is exciting but also nerve-wracking.
So, what are your thoughts on this upcoming game? Tell us in the comments if you liked the new trailer. Ananta is now open for pre-registration. You can head over to the official website to pre-register for the game or join the Vanguards program.
