All Delta Force operators

Byadmin

Dec 3, 2024

Who are the Delta Force operators? The multiplayer experience in Team Jade’s reimagining of Delta Force Black Hawk Down takes its cues from extraction shooter mainstays, spliced with the specialist-based class system seen in the likes of Battlefield 2042. As such, you can gain the upper hand on your future opponents just by learning about the specialists in the rebooted shooter.

There are eight Delta Force operators at launch. Each operator falls under one of four positions: Assault, Engineer, Recon, or Support. While these positions indicate what each of the FPS game characters excel at, the real meat is in an operator’s kit. Alongside a character-specific trait, each operator has unique tactical gear and two gadgets that can be used out in the field. To find out more about each of the Delta Force operators and what they’re packing as you prepare for the Delta Force release date, read on.

All Delta Force operators

The eight Delta Force operators are:

Delta Force Hawk Ops operators: D-Wolf adjusting his glove

D-Wolf (Kai Silva) – Assault

A highly decorated operative, Kai ‘D-Wolf’ Silva is a one-man wolf pack. His Motorized Exoskeleton dramatically bolsters his mobility, allowing him to zoom across the battlefield. What’s more, he can also slide, making him a go-to for Call of Duty veterans looking to cut their teeth with a more familiar play style.

Delta Force Hawk Ops operators: the masked Vyron holding a rifle

Vyron (Wang Yuhao) – Assault

Unlocked via Recruit Check-in challenges on day three.

A former fighter pilot, Wang ‘Vyron’ Yuhao is quick to spot trouble. His Dynamic Auxiliary System offers up directional propulsion, granting him the means to quickly readjust position during a firefight, or approach from a different angle. If Vyron’s flown too far, this trait ensures he has a safe landing, even when falling from great heights.

Delta Force Hawk Ops operators: Stinger looking left, holding a pistol

Stinger (Roy Smee) – Support

Having served in the special forces support department, Roy ‘Stinger’ Smee is a medical maestro that can use his smokes as an AoE healing field – an innovative combination of utility.

Toxik (Zoya Pomchenkova) – Support

The smart and determined Zoya Pomchenkova has a history in technical research, hence her remarkable “Dragonfly” Swarm System. That doesn’t mean she’s not just as – if not more – keen to get knee-deep in combat with her comrades though, and both her and her latest research projects are focused on supporting her squadmates from right at their side.

Delta Force Hawk Ops operators: Hackclaw with her mask on

Hackclaw (Mai Xiaowen) – Recon

Unlocked via G.T.I. Resupply event at 500 XP.

Mai ‘Hackclaw’ Xiaowen is a recon operator who specializes in intel gathering and subterfuge. While her Silent Step trait isn’t the most helpful in a chaotic firefight, the rest of her kit more than makes up for it. Between her Flash Drone and Data Knife, Hawkclaw has the means to control the flow of battle. If visibility’s poor, her Signal Decoder will help you keep track of enemies.

Delta Force Hawk Ops operators: Luna looking back over her shoulder, quiver on back

Luna (Luna Kim) – Recon

If professional archer and ex-intelligence officer Luna ‘Luna’ Kim wasn’t a recon operator, we’d be shocked, almost as shocked as someone taking one of her Volt Arrows to the knee. Thanks to her Hunter’s Mark trait, you won’t have to frag to be a useful asset to her team, as damaging enemies will mark their location for your team to finish off the kill. Teamwork makes the dream work.

Delta Force Hawk Ops operators: Shepherd holding an RPG

Shepherd (Terry Mursa) – Engineer

They say the best offense is a great defense, and Terry ‘Shepherd’ Mursa encapsulates this ideology. His Sonic Defense trait reduces the damage taken from explosions – always handy when there are tanks around. However, Shepherd’s sonic-based kit isn’t only good for survival, as his Sonic Trap and Sonic Paralysis drone can effectively neutralize enemy combatants.

Delta Force Operators: Uluru standing proudly with a launcher on his shoulder

Uluru (David Feller) – Engineer

Unlocked via Operator Uluru challenges.

This charismatic engineer is the tank of the group, and his abilities are best placed to both provide cover to your team and quickly destroy the cover of the enemy team. His battle hardened ability allows him to fight through slowness effects to attack unsuspecting enemies with his loitering munition, before throwing up Quickset cover for the rest of his team to recover behind.

  • Position – Engineer: Gains a welding gun that can cut through wired fences, repair vehicles, and construct defenses. Can use the AT4 and Stinger rocket launchers in Havoc Warfare mode.
  • Trait – Loitering Munition: fires an image-guided loitering munition after aiming. It splits into four bombs on impact. When hip-fired, the loitering munition will engage preset guidance.
  • Tactical Gear – Quickset Cover: Uluru throws a quick-setting concrete sprayer that creates a cover to block damage.
  • Gadget 1 – Composite Incendiary: Uluru tosses an incendiary grenade that detonates upon landing, quickly burning through Quickset Cover.
  • Gadget 2 – Battle Hardened: gives Uluru a better resistance to slowing effects from fractures and class gear.

And that’s everything you need to know about the Delta Force operators. While you’re awaiting the full release of the free PC game, be sure to check out how to earn Delta Force Twitch drops for some free in-game loot.
