If you want the G.I. Joe: Operation Blackout achievements and don’t want to track down a physical version, you may want to purchase a copy of the Xbox third-person shooter as soon as possible. GameMill Entertainment has announced it is delisting G.I. Joe: Operation Blackout from Steam (and we assume the Xbox store) on December 31, 2024. G.I. Joe Operation Blackout to be delisted on December 31, 2024In an extremely brief G.I. Joe Operation Blackout ‘product removal announcement’ posted on Steam, GameMill Entertainment said, “This game and any related DLCs and bundles will be removed from sale on December 31, 2024.” GameMill hasn’t clarified whether or not this delisting applies to other platforms outside of Steam, but it seems likely G.I. Joe Operation Blackout will also be removed from sale on the Xbox store, PlayStation Store, and Nintendo eShop on the same date.Thankfully, G.I. Joe Operation Blackout is not a digital-only title, so you will be able to pick up a physical copy if you really want this one in your collection. As for the DLC set to be delisted, there is one DLC pack that includes a couple of skins, but the Digital Deluxe Edition of the game does include some extra cosmetics, a digital soundtrack, and a digital art book.Weirdly, G.I. Joe Operation Blackout is currently on sale on all platforms except Xbox. Hopefully, we’ll see a discount land during this year’s Xbox Black Friday sale. In other delisting news, Sega is delisting 12 Xbox games from the Microsoft Store in December.
