Gaming technology company Rally Cry has announced that is adding four additional college locations for its Rally Cry Championship Tour event.
The EA SPORTS College Football 25 event will now feature the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, the Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium in Fayetteville, the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena and Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.
According to a release, the new locations are part of Rally Cry’s plan to appeal to fans of all ages with new college gameday experiences such as its mobile gaming truck which will be in attendance at each location on the tour.
Each tour stop will include other activations prior to the kick-off of real football games at the venues, including a match between two students from competing schools, a Celebrity Showmatch and giveaways. The students who will compete on-site are decided through the online league season.
Rally Cry’s partners for the Rally Cry Championship Tour include Tyson, the ACC, Twitch and Raycom which will sponsor both the online and in-person portions of the tournament.
So far the Championship Tour has been to the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte for the Duke’s Mayo Classic between NC State and Tennessee, to Orlando for Colorado versus Central Florida, to Colorado for the Navy Midshipmen versus the Air Force Academy Falcons, and to Provo for Arizona versus BYU.
Further locations for December and January will be announced at a later date according to Rally Cry.
Adam Rosen, Founder of Rally Cry, commented on the expansion: “The response to the Rally Cry Championship Tour has been overwhelming as we have seen the enthusiasm from the fans so far on the road and the two million live views we’ve seen online through our first three tour stops.
“We’re bringing a whole new experience to college gameday for fans of all ages and tapping into a community that loves to compete but also loves to just play and have fun.”
