Fisch Destiny Rod Guide
The Destiny Rod is one of the most expensive rods to get your hands on… and for good reason! It gives you some great stats, but getting it can be tough. Don’t worry, I’m here to talk you through everything.
Destiny Rod Stats
This rod is one of the best in the game due to how much luck you get, and the weight of the fish it can hold. Let’s take a look at the buffs you get when using it:
- Lure Speed: -10%
- Luck: 250%
- Control: 0
- Resilience: 0%
- Max Kg: 2000 kg
How To Obtain
Before you can think about getting your hands on this rod, you must have 70% or more of your bestiary unlocked. This is your index, showing you all of the types of fish you have caught. To open it, simply select ‘Bestiary’ from your hotbar at the bottom of the screen. If you attempt to purchase the rod before then, you will be turned away.
Once you have plenty of fish, you’ll need to speak to the Shipwright NPC to buy a boat (if you don’t already have one). You can only purchase one once you have completed the quests in the tutorial.
Now you have your boat, hop on board and steer right from Moosewood. In the distance, you will see a large stone arch… head for that! Once you arrive, you will find an NPC called Caleia sitting on the edge of some rocks wearing a blue outfit and hat. Speak to them to purchase the rod for 190,000C$.
