This is a public service announcement.

If you’ve been dilly dallying over signing up for the Ash Echoes closed beta, dilly dally no more. The registration period will end at midnight on September 17th, with the global closed beta test beginning on September 19th.

Here’s what’s in store for those players fortunate enough to secure a place on the beta.

Ash Echoes is the latest project from Neocraft Studios, the developer behind Order Daybreak, Primon Region, and smash hit fantasy RPG Tales of Wind.

This time around the studio has chosen to go with the real-time tactical RPG genre. Ash Echoes is shaping up to be a deep and challenging strategy game underpinned by two system: elemental, and class.

Elements will come in seven different flavors, including Fire, Water, lightning, Ice, Wind, Physical, and Corrosion. There will be seven different classes—or professions—as well, creating almost unlimited scope for unique combinations and attacks.

And Neocraft Studios has every intention of forcing you to exploit these combinations to the max. Randomness will only get you so far, with the game’s tougher scenarios calling for quick thinking and tactical nous.

If you’ve already treated yourself to a glimpse at the screenshots you’ll know that Ash Echoes—like the developer’s other titles—is visually impressive. It boasts blistering, Unreal Engine-powered 3D graphics, imaginative backdrops, and compelling character designs.

In other words, it’s got all the ingredients of a future free-to-play blockbuster.

To beat the crowds, all you need to do is sign up for the global closed beta before the (imminent) deadline, which involves creating a Neocraft account and filling out a brief questionnaire. .

And while you’re at it, you can improve your odds of success by entering the pre-launch lottery and taking part in events on Facebook, Reddit, X, and Discord
