Fall Guys players are battling with Epic to get a broken Xbox achievement unlocked

Earlier this year, an update broke one of the Fall Guys achievements, leaving the free Xbox game with an ugly unobtainable. However, some players now claim that after providing evidence to Epic, its support team is unlocking Fall Guys’ Big Bully Xbox achievement. Epic’s support team reportedly unlocking Fall Guys’ Big Bully achievement for playersOn May 7, Mediatonic released The Fall Forever update for Fall Guys, which changed the game’s physics, making it harder to knock over other players. This change broke one of Fall Guys’ simplest achievements, Big Bully, which asks players to knock another player over. Since the update four months ago, it has seemingly been impossible to unlock the achievement until players got fed up with waiting for a fix and resorted to contacting Epic Games’ support team, who apparently has been popping the achievement for some players. According to an achievement guide on TrueAchievements from MostBox287, as well as numerous posts on Reddit and the web, if you record a clip of you knocking over another player, and then send that to Epic Games Support, they will unlock the Big Bully achievement for you. However, the actual success of this method varies wildly. While some claim that support will pop the achievement with no issue, others get told that it can’t be done and will have to wait for a fix — it’s really hit-and-miss. If you’re missing Big Bully and need it for the completion, you may want to contact Epic Games Support (players report that live chat is the best option for this) to see if they’ll unlock it for you. While the solution is better than nothing, players should not have to resort to dealing with a support team to unlock an achievement, especially one as simple as Big Bully in Fall Guys. While Epic and Mediatonic say they are aware of the issue, the achievement has been broken for four months now, and it’s unclear if it will ever get fixed at this stage. Surely, it’s worth fixing the achievement so support staff aren’t jammed up with unlock requests?
