AUAV is a leading global drone service provider with operations throughout Australia, the UK and US. With our expanding UK client base, we are seeking a senior drone operator/project manager to lead projects in Scotland within our existing drone team.
The position will be located in either the Grangemouth or Aberdeen offices of our sister company Sonomatic.
As a Senior UAV Operator, you are responsible for the delivery of UAV operations on projects and project management to ensure time efficient and cost-effective delivery. The role liaises with the Chief Remote Pilot and other project staff to ensure all safety, environmental and quality requirements are met.
Essential skills:
Significant (5 years plus) experience in drone operations
Relevant CAA issued flyer ID
Demonstrated experience in operating in oil and gas environments
Project management and client liaison experience
Current drivers licence
Experience with inspection drones in the DJI fleet, Elios 3 or ScoutDI
Eligibility to work in the UK
Desirable skills:
Inspection qualifications relevant to the oil and gas industry
Offshore accreditations
Experience in the wind industry
Reports to:
Regional Operations Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
